I’m posting a link to a woman’s blog, from WP, who died in last night’s theater shooting in Colorado. Last month there was a mall shooting in Toronto, and she was there, and she survived. Last night, not so.
“like” her post.
pass it on.
Rich, I was stunned to learn of this — this morning. Thanks for acknowledging this.
nothing to thank me for. but you’re welcome.
Reblogged this on Reinventing Myself and commented:

Our news reports have focused on this talented young lady. What a senseless loss. Devastating!
Good Lord! I am in shock…. oh
Humans: A stupid and violent race, what was going through the shooters head at the time, I don’t want to know.

Such a senseless tragedy and so much needless loss of life. We’ll never know much about those people who died or who were wounded in the theater, but we already know a lot about Jessica. She was a bright, talented, young woman who was at the beginning stages of living a very busy life. She will be greatly missed as will all of the other victims. May all of the survivors find comfort and peace in the arms of their loved ones and the knowledge that the nation is grieving with them.
Late Night Thoughts on the Eaton Center Shooting « A Run On of Thoughts partly reproduced under the title, Jessica Redfield is Dead Today. Thank you, Rich, for pointing me to that website. It’s truly sad having the realization that such a talented, gentle, and rational voice is forever silenced by an act of unanticipated savagery.
such a shame to have happened.
Such a tragic event. So sad to learn she was there and died. Her words were so right on from the mall blog post.
sometimes a sad moment in what could be a beautiful world.
Yes.
The whole thing is just too sad. Good of you to post her link. Thank you.
Thank you for posting. I will go over there now.
that’s just terribly frightening to think she wrote all that out….and then was in a shooting…so unsettling and deeply sad.
