there are a million definitions of what makes a poem, but i only care about mine:
– poetry is saying as much as possible using as few words as possible, but using those words in a unique way. that might mean rhyme, alliteration, various sound devices, etc.
as long as you try to do something different than just sentences – then it’s poetry.
